She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Wooten and Pauline Anderson Wooten; and her sister Jeannie Berrier. She is survived by: her husband Michael Holmes; her son Marty Burkhart (Dana); her siblings, Randy Gobble (Patty) and Brenda Abernathy (Tim); and her grandchildren, Ashley Burkhart, Allison Cress (Joseph) and Anna Burkhart (Austin Kinney).

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Hospice of Davidson County.
