She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arvil Cletus Shoaf and Myrtle Cope Shoaf; her husband Mervin Benford Rowe; her siblings, Donald Shoaf and Hilda Wilson; her children, Gregory A. Rowe (Aimee) and Melissa Rowe Johnson (Chris); her brother Richard Shoaf (Diane); and her grandchildren, Foster Johnson and Graylyn Johnson.
