She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Bud" Sarno; her sons, John Pilkington and James Pilkington; her stepsons, Robert Sarno (Jody) and Tom Sarno (Karen); her grandchildren, Edward, Brecklyn, Gavin, Preston Pilkington, Reid, Kyle, Nicholas, Andrew and Clayton Sarno; her great grandchildren, Knox, Knash, Kolbie, Hunter, Nora and Kendal Sarno; her mother Patricia Winkler Heath; and her sisters, Susan Calhoun, Laura Amann and Nancy Zukaitis (Mike).
