He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Raymond Waisner and Lula Johnson Waisner; and his siblings, Linda Waisner, Brenda Moore, Georgia Clodfelter, Vivian Tysinger and Clyde Waisner.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Waisner; and his son Jimmy Waisner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethesda Church (2922 Bethesda Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
