He is survived by: his wife Alethia "Dolly" Turner Skinner; his children, Stephen (Levi), Jeffrey (Elizabeth) and Katherine (Tony); and his grandchildren, Emma, Zoe, Amber, Jordan, Katelyn, Gabriel and Weston.
