He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Edward Wishon and Mary Ethel Carter Wishon; his significant other Gail Cecil Wishon; his son Larry "Scott" Wishon; his brothers, Edward Harrison Wishon, James Paul Wishon, Arvil Lee Wishon and Leonard Wishon; his parents-in-law, Artis and Betty Rose Cecil; and his siblings-in-law, Glenda Wicker, Mickey Wicker and Donald Cecil.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Gail Fowler (Darren) of Wallburg; his brother Ralph Wishon (Linda); his sister-in-law Gina Cecil; his nephews, Josh Wicker (Lynn), Issac Wicker and Joey Johnson; and his niece Laura Cecil. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
