She was predeceased by : her parents, Pierce Hatley Leonard and Frances Everhart Weaver; and her siblings, Franklin Leonard, Timmy Leonard, Rhonda Nifong and Diana Covington.

She is survived by : her husband Edward Obadiah Beck; her daughters, Samantha Warth (Sebastian) and Emily Figler (Mitchell); and her grandchildren, Adalay Warth, Luna Warth, Arden Warth and Figler.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be directed to First Baptist Church of Welcome at 404 Welcome-Arcadia Rd, Lexington, NC 27295, in honor of Teresa's dedication to her church family and her unwavering faith in God.
