He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabrina Starnes and Gary Kelly; and his grandfather Jimmy Starnes. He is survived by: his son Kaiden Kelly; his grandmothers, Rina Lewis and Peggy Wagnor (Wayne); his brother Timothy Lee Starnes; his aunt Tonya Stanley (Todd); and his cousin Bryan Starnes.
