He is survived by : his siblings, Jeffrey McNeair, Harvey McNeair, Jr., Charles McNeair, Sandra McNeair, Bisceglia Ellis (Mark), Cynthia Baldwin and Tana Cade; his cousin Timothy Smith; his aunts and uncles, Carrie Jefferson, Morphine Young, Elizabeth Thomas, Cornelia Geer (Richard), Delia Smith Davis, Linda Carol Smith, Sandra Halcomb, Mattie McIntosh (Albert), Belvin Ulysses McNeair and Emest McNeair; his close friends, Latasha Boger, Joyce Ann Smith, Kendra, Linda and Drumm Flow; and his godchildren, Zari Boger and Mi'Lani Boger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
