She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Brindle Sr. and Helen Byerly Brindle; her son James Marlow III; her brother Jerry Brindle Jr.; and her fiancé Mike Guy.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Marlow (Alisha), Melanie Trantham (Andy) and Shannon Marlow; her siblings, Johnathan Brindle and Tammy Wahl (Darryl); and her close friend Susan Thomas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
