He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Canfield and Charlotte Canfield; and his former wife Elma Canfield. He is survived by: his wife Amy Jo Canfield; his daughter Erin Olson (Paul); his grandchildren, Bryce and Ella; his son Seth Canfield (Jessica); his grandchildren, Liam, Lincoln and Nora; his sister Sharon Cooper; his stepson Jason Richards (Marie); his stepgrandchildren, MacKenzie and Jordan; his stepdaughter Traci Lacy; and his stepgrandchildren, Gerald, Athena, Rex and Stephen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Greater Things Outreach Center in Lexington, NC, or to any local animal shelter, causes close to Ted's heart.
