He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Dennis and Mary G. Dennis; and his son Thomas Wayne Dennis II. He is survived by: his wife Barbara George Dennis; his child Lindsay Tolbert (Sean) of Purcellville, VA.; his grandsons, Caleb Tolbert of Joshua Tolbert, C. J, Noah MacPherson and Lucas MacPherson; his pet Maggie; and his close friends, Steve and Kay Dexter of Charleston, SC..

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 233 Hollybrook Cir, Lexington, NC 27292.

Memorial donations may be made to charity if your choice.
