He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Garrett, Sr. and Barbara Ann Gibbs Garrett; his wife Karen Lawson Garrett; his sons, Blake Lawson, Thomas "Tommy" Franklin Garrett III (Bre) and Hayden Garrett; his sisters, Shelly Francera (Marty) and Anita Poole; his granddaughter Lennie Garrett; and his pet Ladybug.
