He is survived by: his wife Loretta Owen; his children, Tommy Owen Jr., Lindsay Owen (Karen), Gina Thomas (Radford), Danny Owen (Charlotte) and Amanda Cobb (Rick); his grandchildren, Nicolas Owen, Emily Owen (Jonathan), Brandon Owen (Patricia), Kassi Hooper (Cliff), Maggie Peduto (Nicholas), Hunter Owen, Tyler Thomas, Dennie Thomas, Abigail Cobb and Alex Cobb; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Owen, Benjamin Owen, Olivia Owen, Forrest Owen, Patrick Peduto and George Hooper; his siblings, Glenn Owen, Linda Garwood, Doug Owen (Pat), Hazel Cockerham, Kay Atwell and Foster Owen; and his brother-in-law David D. Hedrick "Chub" (Shelby).
