He was predeceased by: his father Otis Monroe Fulk Sr.; and his sister-in-law Tena Fulk. He is survived by: his mother Gloria Stanley Fulk; his wife Misty Lanham Fulk; his children, Tony "Scott" Fulk II (Courtney), Heather Fulk (Hunter Leonard), Jessica Fulk (Aaron Gibson), Olivia Dorsey and Megan Massengill (Ryan Critchfield); and his siblings, Chris Fulk (Reene Fulk), Otis M. Fulk Jr., Teresa Roberts, Angie Rife and Terri Thompson.
