With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verlie Sidden Sink of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Clarence Sidden Sr. and Mary Ellen Stewart Sidden; her husband Claude Kester Sink, Sr.; her siblings, Jack Sidden of Henry, Sidden, Jr., Ervin Sidden, Harvey Sidden and Lydia Sue Jenkins; and her granddaughter Chrissy Tribley.
She is survived by: her children, Claude Sink Jr. (CJ), Reta Smith (Junie) of Lexington and Alma Sink Smith of Lexington; her grandchildren, Angie Hutchins (Barry), Karrie Sink (Mark), Bobby Smith (Heather), Julie Smith (TJ), Amy Gentry (Cliff), Jason Smith, Meredith Sink McGee (Tanner) and Jacob Sink; her great grandchildren, Sierra Hutchins Johnson (Cameron), Monica Hutchins Kirk (Chris), Noah Tribley (Bryce), Sarah, Josh, Lauryn Sink, Morrigan Hively-Smith, Mason Smith and Weston Smith; and her sister-in-law Mary Alice Berrier.
