She is survived by: her children, Carol Christina "Chris", Harold Jr. and Christina "Chris" Thomas; her grandchildren, Kevin Byerly (Cindy), Trent Byerly (Katie Beth), Jennifer Shane Barnes (William), Harold "Tres" Barnes III, Jonathan Barnes, Casandra "Sandi" Citarrella, Jeremy Thomas, Amy Eisinger (Robert) and Matthew Scott; her great grandchildren, Kayne Byerly, Dillion Byerly, Brandon Byerly, Garrett Byerly, Kaleigh Thomas, Maya Barnes, Jillian Citarrella, Braden Eisinger, Jamie Eisinger and Zoe Smith; her caregivers, Trent, Katie Beth Byerly, Roy, Barbara Byerly, Brandon Byerly, Mason Byerly, Charles, Carolyn McKenzie, Wanda Johnson and Ann Adell Baker; Bill. She is also survived by several loving nieces, extended family members and friends.
