Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Walser leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walser Lee Hicks, Sr. and Attareese Faeson Wright; and his wife Sandra "Sandy" Lee Shoemaker Hicks. He is survived by: his son Richard Scott Hicks; and his stepchildren, Brett Nagel (Wendy), Randall Nagel (Vivian) and Tamara Nagel (Frank). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
