He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Early Gwyn and Coralee Hollingsworth Gwyn; and his brother Robert Gwyn. He is survived by : his children, Buddy Wayne Gwyn of Florida, Kelly Wayne Peacock of Davie County, Melissa Miller of Lexington, Deretha Ann Jones of Lexington and Sebrina Gwyn of Florida; his grandchildren, Matthew Shane Queen, Zachary Scott Queen, Hannah Gwyn, Olivia Wilson and Jasmine Wilson; and his siblings, Roy Guwyn and Helen Gwyn Bray of Asheboro. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
