He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Horace Fields and Mabel Lenore Wood Fields; his children, Anthony Dale Fields and Patricia Ann Atkins; and his grandson Josh Holloman.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Beaman Fields; his children, Timothy Lynn Fields and Angie Holloman (Scotty); his son-in-law Allen Atkins; his siblings, Eddie Fields (Brenda), Ronnie Fields (Ellen), Sammy Fields, Linda Swaim, Susan Baucum (George), Annette Ferguson (Billy), Lisa Fields and Anita McKee; and his stepchildren, David Greene (Joanie), Ron Greene, Diane Mitchell and Beverly Surles (Gil). He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, and nine step-great grandchildren.
