He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Henry Fulbright and Mary Sue Roberts Fulbright; his wife Barbara Hurst Fulbright; his children, William Harvey Fulbright Jr. (Cindy) of Lexington and Tracy Love (Adam) of Morganton, NC; his stepchildren, Scott David Reverts (Katherine) of Oak Ridge, Chris Luck of Thomasville and Lindsey Hawks (Alan) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Harrison of Lexington, Ethan of Lexington and Ava Leigh Fulbright of Lexington; and his brother Eric Fulbright (Jackie) of Lexington.
