She was predeceased by: her significant other Paul Franklin Phillips; her parents, Coy David Leonard and Gladys Hill Leonard; her son Donald Glenn Phillips; and her brother Larry Leonard (LeVonne).
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Dean Phillips (Kim), Victor Kent Phillips (Sherri) and Ronald Lynn Phillips (Lori). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Good Hope Church (10253 Hampton Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
