He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kivett Palmer; his son Shawn Palmer (Jan) of Franklinville; his grandchildren, Trevor Palmer (Hannah) of Colorado Springs and Tori Palmer of Franklinville; his great grandchildren, Everyn and Lokryn Palmer of Colorado; his brother Darrell Palmer; and his sister-in-law Pat of Asheboro.
