Naomi Elizabeth Ray Staley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2025, at the age of 92, Naomi Elizabeth Ray Staley of Liberty, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Thomas and Vallie Butler Ray; and her siblings, Shirley Ray Smith, Peggy Ray Edwards and Kelly Vance Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Staley Shipman (Scott) and Terrell Staley (Donna); her grandchildren, Nathaniel Shipman, Madison Shipman Locke (Sid), Bryson Staley and Dalton Staley; and her great grandchild Adalyn Rae Locke.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Loflin Funeral Home (212 W Swannanoa Ave, Liberty, NC 27298). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Randolph Hospice House, 446 Vision Drive, Asheboro, NC 27203.
