She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" Green. She is survived by: her mother Jean Benson Green; and her siblings, Karen Mills (Joe), Carolyn Stephenson (Tim) and Billy Green (Whitney). She is also survived by nephews, niece, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Pleasant Union Christian Church (2164 Neills Creek Rd, Lillington, NC 27546). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Cathy's memory to Pleasant Union Christian Church or to a cancer research organization of the donor's choice.
