We are sad to announce that, on February 2, 2026, at the age of 86, David Serina of Lillington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Peter and Mary Orvace Serina; his wife Virginia Coggins Serina; and his sister Katherine Serina. He is survived by: his siblings, Maryann Joan Serina of Maryland, Joyce Hannan (Stephen) of Colorado, Annette Semasko (Fred) of Florida, Donald George Serina (Sharon) of Colorado, James John Serina (Jan) of Florida and Richard R. Serina of California; and his close friends, Matthew and Tami Lynch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
