He was predeceased by: his parent Pat; his wife Una Mae Holder O'Quinn; and his siblings, Cecil, Earl, Ralph, Joe Bailey O'Quinn, Betty Tyson and Lucille Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Eddie O'Quinn (Carol) and Alisa Wicker (Dennis); his grandchildren, Quinn Wicker (Kaitlin), Jackson Wicker (Meredith) and Harrison Wicker; and his great grandchildren, Hayze, Reece, Ella June, Finn, Zeke, Mac and Clare.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Spring Hill United Methodist Church Choir, 1960 Spring Hill Church Road, Lillington, NC 27546.
