She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clyde Partin and Inez Matthews Partin; her husband Edward Odell Smith; her siblings, Jean Parker, Patsy Salmon and Rudolph Partin; and her daughter-in-law Linda Baggett Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Lee Smith (Linda), Robert Dale Smith, Ellen Smith Allred and Tammy Smith Wortham; her grandchildren, Joe Guy, Jason Guy of Alan Wuester, J. T, Alison Kronz, Bruce Wortham and Ariel Wortham; her great grandchildren, Cody Kronz, Chase Krontz, Gabby Smith, Jaden Guy, Jackson Guy, Emmett Guy and Marshall Wortham; her great great grandchild Aria Kronz; and her brother Bobby Partin (Carolyn).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home (1310 S Main St, Lillington, NC 27546). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
