He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Samuel Johnson and Lulla Mae Cates Johnson; and his siblings, Leroy Johnson, Floyd "Buddy" Johnson and Ruby Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Faye Johnson; his sons, Keith Johnson (Gloria), Kelvin Johnson (Chasity) and Billy Johnson (Christina); his grandchildren, Justin, Heaven, Kaite, Josh, Ashley, Candice, Jeremy, Crystal, Taylor, Tristen and Payton; and his siblings, David Johnson, Philip Johnson (Cindy), Kenneth Johnson (Brenda), Andrew Johnson, Ashley "Pete" Johnson (Paulette), Mary Oliver (Linwood) and Ann "Dolly" (B. R.). He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
