She was predeceased by: her parents, Dannie McNeill and Velma McNeill; her husband George June Blackmon (Junior); her siblings, Lorretta McNeill, Dannie McNeill, Jr. and Randy McNeill; her siblings-in-law, Ruben McNeill, Emma Kennedy, Catherine Cross, Lottie Hardison, Lula Hair, Dorothy West, Lena Blackmon and Hubert Blackmon; her granddaughter Brittany Diane Blackmon; and her stepgrandson Justin Paul Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Blackmon (Shelby), Amy Parker (Jeff) and Dannie Blackmon (Lianne); her grandchildren, Daniel Blackmon, Ashley Blackmon (Chris), Caroline Parker and James Michael Parker; her stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey Howell and Jenny Howell; her great grandchildren, Alice, Tommie and Rose Blackmon; her brother Dwight McNeill (Cathy); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara McNeill and Kathy McNeill. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extend family members.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spring Hill United Methodist Church (1960 Spring Hill Church Rd, Lillington, NC 27546). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
