He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Marshall Wallace and Clara Elizabeth Nance Wallace; his wife Becky Brooks Wallace; and his son Charles Richard Wallace. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Leigh Howell; his son-in-law Ross of Greensboro; his grandson Michael Brooks Wallace of Charlotte; his daughter-in-law Paige LaNier Wallace of Holly Springs; and his caregivers, Kathi Dawson, Kathy Tart, Paige Wallace and Richard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
