He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Okey and Judith Arlene Whyde Russell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Russell; his stepchildren, Kim Dalton, Trudy Workman, Matthew Wood and Cris Moffitt; and his brother Rick McClintock.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens (1750 S Salemburg Hwy, Salemburg, NC 28385).
