She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick "Fred" Pittman McDonald and Iris Elaine Hudgins McDonald; her husband Casper "Ricky" Martin Jernigan; and her brother Frederick "Lynn" McDonald. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Anderson; her grandson Tyler Atkins; and her brother Oscar "Graham" McDonald.
