He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Williams and Heather Johnson; his grandchildren, Adalyn Johnson of Fuquay-Varina, Jacob Johnson of Fuquay-Varina, Henry Williams of Fuquay-Varina and Harper Taylor of Fuquay-Varina; and his brother Marshall Matthews of Lillington.
