She was predeceased by: her parents, Latt Carroll and Ethel Carroll (Woody); and her brother Charles Carroll (Jackie). She is survived by: her husband Gene Starrett; her children, Tamara Mabry of Gastonia and Brad Keziah of Iron Station; her sisters, Sue Royer of Indian Land, SC and Janie Wolfe of Lincolnton; and her grandchildren, Abigail Keziah and Kenneth Keziah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
