With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Todd Long of Lincolnton, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Moore Long. He is survived by: his father Jesse Thomas Long; his wife Cheryl Long; his children, Taylor Drew Garcia (David) of Lincolnton, NC and Aaron Todd Long (Brooke Bone) of Belmont; his granddaughter Lauren Brooke Long; his sister Tamara Philabum (Jeff) of Georgia; his parents-in-law, Grant and Melva Pruett; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Dowdell (Jason Dowdell) of Tennessee and Myra Boswell of Cramerton, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Founders Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
