She is survived by: her son Ricky Lee Brooks; her grandchildren, Billy Brooks, Michelle Hufton (Shane), Ricky Dean Brooks, Lori Dale Brooks, Carol Ann Dees (Craig), David Brooks, Jr. (Crystal) and Amber Jewell (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Jade Brooks, Gwynith Shearon (Benjamin), Sebastian Brooks, Axel Brooks, Julee Stidham, Halen Hoke, Chloe Brooks (Nathan), Caleb Brooks, Caroline Jewell, Allison Jewell, Elaina Jewell, Jeremiah Jewell, Aliyah Chartier, Aydin Chartier and Asher Hoke.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Blazing Trails Cowboy Church (1222 Ponderosa Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
