He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Houser and Essie Mosteller Houser; his wife Emogene Shull Houser; and his siblings, Fred Houser, Dean Houser, Bob Houser, Palmer Houser, Frank Houser and Hazelene Heafner.
He is survived by: his daughter Leisa Houser; and his brother Donald Houser. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
