She is survived by : her husband Roger Lee Charles; her children, Justin Robert Charles of Lincolnton, NC, Samantha Charles of Lincolnton, NC, Sarah Maynor of Newton, NC and Jessica Charles of Lincolnton, NC; her siblings, Joe Bolen Jr. of Virginia, Thomas Bolen of Lincolnton, NC, Everett Bolen of Pilot Mountain, NC, Chris Bolen of Lincolnton, NC, Frankie Bolen of Lincolnton, NC, Connie Rosenbalm of Stanley, NC, Denise Hazelwood of Hudson, NC and Donna Friday of Lincolnton, NC; and her grandchildren, Jayleigh, Jordan, Kaiden, Evelyn, Skylin and Koan.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel (125 Dave Warlick Dr, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
