He is survived by: his wife Peggy Huss Beard; his sons, Todd Beard (Marla) of Lincolnton, Marty Beard (Lisa) of Lincolnton and Chad Beard (Angie Riddle); his grandchildren, Adam Beard (Kristen), Olivia Oravec (Joe), Jordy Beard (Jessica), Dylan Beard (Heather), Cailee Beard, Carson Beard, Caroline Beard and Taylor Beard (Hannah); his nephew Tony Keever; and his close friend Edgar Armstrong. He is also survived by 7 Great-grandchildren.
