He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Randall Kirk (Jennifer), Richard Patrick (Cathy) and Tracy Alison Greene (Chip); his grandchildren, Catherine, William, Madeleine, Zoe, Mia, Sarah and Matthew; his brother-in-law Robert Schley; his parents, Edward Edwards and Alice Edwards; and his brother Robert (Karen).
