He is survived by: his parents, Larry Wayne Perry and Linda Sherman Perry; his brothers, Steven Perry (Angel) of Lincolnton, Michael Perry (April) of Lincolnton and Daniel Perry (Tabitha) of Lincolnton; his siblings' children, Michael Perry, Jonathan Perry, Benjamin Perry and Makayla Dellinger (Jonathan); and his great-nephew Michael Dellinger.
