She is survived by: her sons, Tim Smith (Patsy) of Denver, Johnny Smith (Karen) of Lincolnton, Keith Smith of Lincolnton and Kelly of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Jordan Smith (Stephanie), Jared Smith (Hanna), Georgie Lerner, Brandi Hartzoge (Jason), Jonathan Smith (Meghan) and Betty Jo Adkins (Josh); her great grandchildren, Madison Smith (Kyle), Caroline Hill (Christian), Julia Lerner, Collin Lerner, Garrett Lerner, William Lerner, Payton Adkins, Kennedy Adkins, Blakeley Adkins, Adalyn Smith, Carys Teague, Dawser Teague, Ladson Smith, Elouise Smith and Lottie Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Tyson Bishop, Abel Hill and Avery Hill.
