She was predeceased by: her parents, Brady Jonas Hoffman, Sr. and Essie Myrtle Kale Hoffman; her siblings, Leonard Hoffman, Clara Hoffman Hoyle, Faith Hoffman Nance of Earl Hoffman, B. J, Worth Hoffman, Rachel Hoffman Campbell and Lathan Hoffman; and her son-in-law Ted Heavner.
She is survived by: her family, Tammy Williams Heavner of Lincolnton and Eddie Williams (Pam) of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Ashe-Leigh Heavner Brusso, Fallon V. Crofoot, Olivia Williams Dudley, Amanda Williams and Ethan Williams; and her great grandchildren, Corbin Brusso, Cagney Brusso, Brinkley Crofoot, Layla Crofoot and Sutton Crofoot.
