He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Scronce and Hattie Payseur Scronce; and his wife Cora Seagle Scronce. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Scronce Hatley (Ed) of Lincolnton, NC and Angie Scronce Horne of Lincolnton, NC; his granddaughters, Jennifer Carroll (Lance), Kim Horne and Katie H. Shattuck; and his great grandchildren, Megan Carroll, Andy Shattuck and Evan Shattuck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
