She is survived by: her husband Ronald McConnell; her sons, Charles Ray Costner, III (Virginia) of Lincolnton, NC, Kevin Lane Costner (Heather) of Clymer, NY and John Mark McConnell (Shelley) of Vale, NC; her grandchildren, Caleb Costner, Joshua Costner, Mason McConnell, Cade McConnell, Charles Costner, IV and Johnathan Costner; and her great grandchild Atlas Costner.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Messiah United Methodist Church (4102 NC-27, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
