He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Figueroa and Cristina Cabildo Figueroa; his sons, Cecil Figueroa and Francisco Figueroa; and his siblings, Edward Figueroa and Angela Mariscal.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith Figueroa; his children, Victor Figueroa of Michigan, Anthony Figueroa (Susan) of Maiden, Angela Nuttall (Jacques) of Lake Wylie, SC and Roman Rocha of Michigan; and his siblings, Fernando Figueroa of Minnesota, Maria McDonald of Texas, Tina Chilton of Tennessee, Alice Akins of Florida, Dee Dee Sweeney of Texas and Carmen Spatz of Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
