She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Bost and Ruth Owens Bost; her son Eddie Watts; her sisters, LaFay Brewer and Doris Clark; and her sibling-in-law Poley Watts.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Watts of Lincolnton, Kevin Watts (Debbie) of Lincolnton, Cynthia Poovey (Rick) of Carolina Beach, Karen Neal (Rodney) of Lincolnton and Joanna Neal (Randall) of Lincolnton; and her brother Rev. Darrell Bost (Jane) of Lincolnton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
