He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Heavner Patrick; his son Andy Patrick (Lynette) of Newton, NC; his brother Larry Patrick (Carolyn) of Lincolnton, NC; his grandsons, Andrew Patrick (Alexis) of Catawba, NC and Isaac Patrick of Newton, NC; his great grandchild Bo Patrick; and his nephew Shawn Patrick (Mary Ann).
