With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Grace Nantz (Lincolnton, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Grace Nantz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Coyle Lockman and Grace LaVerne Cline Lockman; her husband Calvin Jackson Nantz; her son Calvin Jackson "Jackie" Nantz, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Wells Nantz.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Nantz Mooney (Paul) of Cherryville; her grandson Calvin Jackson "Trey" Nantz III (Melissa) of Fort Mill, SC; her half-siblings, Robert Lockman of France, Phillipe Lockman of France, Francine Lockman of France and Jean L. Trochard of France; her brother Bill Nantz (Phyllis); her sister-in-law Virginia Nantz Houser; and her cousin Joan Bangle.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hollybrook Cemetery (302 Hollybrook Ave, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
